The staff demonstrated exceptional care, going above and beyond by returning my left-behind sim cards promptly, which underscored their commitment to guest satisfaction. The presidential suite was a sanctuary of comfort, featuring a generous sitting area adorned with beautiful parquet flooring and an electric kettle that made enjoying morning tea a delight. I was particularly impressed by the breakfast, which catered to our preferences and featured a variety of delicious options, complemented by the friendly service that made us feel truly valued.
